Starting on Monday, 31 August, the Army Software & Innovation Center (ASIC) Enterprise Help Desk (EHD) will host recurring GenAI Office Hours to support end users as they adopt the new Generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow (our Help Desk system). Each Office Hours session begins with a short demonstration of the AI Search and Chatbot capabilities, followed by open time for questions. These sessions are designed to provide hands on guidance, live demonstrations, and direct Q&A to ensure users feel confident navigating the new features.
